This place is the ideal base for exploring the city. Situated right across from Gare de l'Est, getting around was easy. The room was clean and featured a fantastic walk-in shower. Breakfast offered a good spread of pastries, though the dining area was a bit cramped. A solid choice for convenience.

A great location with a splendid view of Gare de l'Est. The rooms are comfortable, with excellent bathroom facilities, and the hotel provides umbrellas for unpredictable weather. Breakfast is buffet style and satisfying. The lack of a kettle in the room was a minor inconvenience, and the noise from the main road could be distracting at times.

Super close to the train station which was a lifesaver for an early morning ride. The breakfast spread was decent and I loved the outdoor terrace. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Loved the clean vibe of my room in the Family Junior Suite too, super cozy for hanging out with the squad.

Tried to swap a sofa for a bed in the junior suite and, voila, they hit me with extra charges!

The hotel's location near Gare de l'Est made for easy access to trains and public transportation. Plus, the unique design elements added a character that sets it apart from other hotels.

The first impression made by the lobby on the first floor, combined with an empty reception desk, left a lot to be desired. Noise from trains was a constant annoyance, disturbing sleep. Rooms felt cramped with very little storage for luggage, and despite daily housekeeping, basic items like toilet paper and toiletries often had to be requested. Breakfast options were limited, lacking fresh veggies, decent coffee, and alternative milk options. Lastly, the surrounding street had an uncomfortable vibe due to visible homelessness.
